InStyle is obsessed with these D&G jeweled raffia flats, and so am I. What better way to usher in the spring than with a sparkle in your step? These beauties are fresh off the runway, though, so they're not the most accessible accessory.

Luckily, they reminded me of some bejeweled slippers I saw a few weeks ago. While the base color is different, the sparkle and whimsy are perfectly translated in these Nasty Gal loafers. And they're about 10% of the price...

We know it, we love it: it's the J.Crew bubble necklace. At $150, it's not all that pricey, especially considering that it goes with pretty much every look. But if you're like me and want it in every single color possible, it can add up. 

Pree Brulee

Enter the Pree Brulee alternative. Snap it up in this baby blue shade, or try it in lavender, royal blue, red, mint, and even this ombre purple version. Is a color for each day of the week overboard? I think not.

Flipping through the January issue of InStyle on my DC→SF flight this weekend, I stumbled upon this Bottega Veneta beauty. Since I don't currently have $81k to drop on this accessory (and even if I did, it appears to be sold out), I went hunting for the ideal alternative. And I found two:

Use these simple strands of sparkle to add interest to plain tees or unadorned dresses. The short length means they'll align perfectly with the neck of your top. Plus, they're perfect for layering.

Valentino via Atlantic-Pacific

What can I say? I can't resist a gold stud. Sprinkle them on some hot black heels, and I'm sold. These Valentinos have been lingering in the back of my mind for awhile now, but after seeing them repeatedly play a starring role in Blair Eadie's impeccable ensembles, I was seeing studs. Luckily, I didn't have to look too far for a suitable replacement.

Sole Society offers a quality take on these stunners, and they even come in a trio of colors. For a fraction of the price, we'll be rocking the Atlantic-Pacific look soon enough.
